1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through the online shop of Holz-Liebling GmbH.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business or profession.
2. Contracting Party
The purchase contract is concluded with:
Holz-Liebling GmbH
Krokusweg 4
83539 Pfaffing

Managing Director: Marco Hekler
Email: info@holz-liebling.de
3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By submitting an order through the checkout, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
Before submitting your order, you can review and correct your order details, including the selected products, quantity, billing and shipping address and payment method.
After receiving your order, we will send you an automatic order confirmation by email. With this order confirmation, we accept your offer and the purchase contract is concluded.
4. Prices, Shipping Costs and Payment
The prices shown in the online shop include applicable taxes where required. Additional shipping costs may apply and will be displayed during checkout before you submit your order.
The available payment methods are shown during checkout and may depend on your country, currency and order value.
Payment may be possible via:
- PayPal
- Credit card or other payment methods processed via Stripe
- Other payment methods displayed during checkout, if available
The purchase price is due upon completion of the order, unless otherwise stated during checkout.
5. Delivery
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, products are prepared, manufactured or shipped according to the production and delivery information shown for the respective product.
Many Holz-Liebling products are handcrafted or prepared individually. Production and delivery times may therefore vary depending on the product, destination country and shipping provider.
Information about shipping and delivery can be found on our Shipping & Delivery page.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details about the right of withdrawal, withdrawal period, consequences of withdrawal and the withdrawal form can be found on our Right of Withdrawal page.
Please note that certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law, in particular goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalised products.
8. Returns and Transport Damage
Please contact us before returning any product. This allows us to guide you through the correct return process.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@holz-liebling.de. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged product, the outer packaging and the inner packaging.
Further information can be found on our Returns & Refunds page.
9. Natural Wood Characteristics
Wood is a natural material. Variations in colour, grain, structure and texture are natural characteristics and do not constitute defects.
Depending on the product, minor changes caused by humidity, temperature or natural wood movement may occur. Proper use and care are important to preserve the quality and appearance of solid wood products.
10. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
11. Contract Language
The contract language for orders placed through this international online shop is English, unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.
12. Online Dispute Resolution and Consumer Arbitration
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
13. Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
14. Final Provisions
If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
